Future Business Marketing (FBM) was established in 2009 by Mr. Jonathan Ingram after many years of internet marketing experience. Previous to FBM, he owned a commercial mortgage company that primarily received a majority of its customer base through online marketing. The company was very successful and experienced many fruitful years.

After the market crash in 2008, Mr. Ingram, understanding the power of internet marketing and email marketing, researched the economy and discovered the opportunity to offer coupon email marketing for offline businesses. The vision stemmed well with many offline businesses and success was experienced inside client’s stores.

After early success with FBM's primary product, email coupon list building, Mr. Ingram integrated surveys, email tracking and the client's ability to email customers. The added services allow FBM's clients more freedom and control over their customer experiences, tracking and measuring email open ratio and email link clicks to coupons. In addition to tracking, the integration of surveys allows companies to receive valuable feedback from customers they may otherwise have not received.

Mr. Ingram is very experienced and successful with social media marketing. Social media marketing is the fastest growing marketing media in the history of the world. Seeing the enormous opportunity in the social media market, Mr. Ingram quickly integrated Auto-Twitter and Auto-Facebook accounts as a service for offline business owners.

The added service allows offline business owners to receive additional web traffic using the social media conduits. The additional web traffic helps business owners dramatically grow their email and text message marketing lists. The service is 100% Auto-Pilot for the business owner; you simply sit back and reap the rewards while FBM drives traffic. The service would be near impossible or very expensive if FBM did not have the automation social network tools used. The automation software, FBM handles (no necessary training or work for the offline business owner) does the work of having full-time 24 hour employees, for a fraction of the cost.

In the upcoming months, FBM is implementing promotion tracking codes for phone-text messaging, emailing, snail mail marketing or any additional medium of advertising.  In addition to "promotion code" tracking, a rewards program is in the process of development. Unlike traditional reward programs that require employees to manually enter data fields, the software will completely eliminate any employee or employer from manual data entry. The software will be set up in a fashion to entice the end-user with coupons to complete all necessary data fields. This will save store employees and managers precious time that can be spent elsewhere.

Finally, FBM is creating an interface allowing business owners to text-message customers. Text messaging is powerful for driving customers into a business during slow hours. This form of marketing is proven very effective with text-blast open ratios topping 95%. This resource is very powerful and very effective.
